REPORT AND ORDER
WHEREAS: In accordance with Title 39, Chapter 12, Section 27 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, it states that all certificated carriers must maintain proof of financial responsibility. This section further states that failure to file proof of such insurance coverage is sufficient grounds for the revocation of operating authority.
WHEREAS: The attached list of individuals and/or companies have failed to maintain continuous proof of financial responsibility. According to the files of the Division the insurance coverage for these individuals and/or companies have been canceled. The Division has not received new insurance certificates.
Accordingly, it is
That the attached list of individuals and/or companies are hereby suspended effective this date.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: That unless proof of insurance coverage is filed within sixty (60) days from the date of this order, the Division will begin revocation proceedings.
