ORDER
WHEREAS: On August 27, 1998, the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers ("Division") issued Report and Order #15681 implementing a new rate for non-consensual or third party towing services. The new rates were accepted by a significant number of certificated tow companies listed by name in the aforementioned report and order.
WHEREAS: Subsequent to the issuance of that order, 13 additional towing companies filed requests for authorization to charge the same rates as contained in Report and Order #15681. The 13 towers are identified as follows:
