ORDER
WHEREAS: On August 27, 1998, the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers ("Division") issued Report and Order #15681 implementing a new rate for non-consensual or third party towing services. The new rates were accepted by a significant number of certificated tow companies listed by name in the aforementioned report and order.
WHEREAS: Subsequent to the issuance of that order, 2 additional towing companies filed requests for authorization to charge the same rates as contained in Report and Order $15681. The 2 towers are identified as follows:

Accordingly, it is
That the certificated towing companies listed above are authorized to charge the new rates for non-consensual tows, effective 5 days from the date of this order.
