ORDER
WHEREAS: On October 29, 1998, Coletta's Downtown Auto Service, Inc., 425 Richmond Street, Providence, RI, issued a tariff for towing heavy commercial vehicles weighing between 8,000 Ibs. and 26,000 Ibs. in accordance with the provisions of Title 39 of the General Laws of Rhode Island. This company provides a towing service in the transportation of heavy commercial vehicles over the highways throughout the State of Rhode Island. The corporation's operating certificate number is MC 823.
WHEREAS: The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rates are reasonable and are in conformance with the rates of other towing companies of heavy commercial vehicles.
Accordingly, it is
That the Division approves the rates specified in the tariff of Coletta's Downtown Auto Service Inc. dated October 29, 1998. The rates are to become effective five (5) days from the date of this order.
