The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Eugene J. Jeffers, P.E., Director of Public Works, requesting a status report on the awarding of a contract for sidewalk repair and construction. Councilman Calista’s hope is that this process will start as soon as possible, so that there will be as long a construction period as possible. It is further requested that the status report be receive in time for the April 11, 1990 City Council meeting.

Councilman Rabbitt has received complaints about trash and broken bottles in the area.
