A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, November 9, 2005, at 7:12 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Moran, the following First Class Victualling House Licenses, which are associated with a Class B Liquor License, are APPROVED with the following stipulations on a unanimous voice vote:

 

STIPULATIONS:

 

1.         Licensee shall provide an adequate menu

2.         Approval by the Police Department for compliance

3.         Approval by the Division of Code Enforcement

 

Any license holder with a health or public safety issue shall not be issued a license until said violation(s) is corrected and released by the appropriate department.

 

Violations, other than health issues, will be given a “grace period” until January 24, 2006, to correct said violations. Failure to correct said violations could result in a formal hearing, which could place the license in jeopardy of suspension or revocation.
