City Council, March 5, 2008
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 7:16 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Bray, Councilors Barry, Carr, Chadwick, Hodge, Kinch and Moran.
Absent – Councilors Grebien and Wildenhain.
President Bray presides.
The reading of the records of February 20, 2008, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor is Francisco Jaramillo, 109 Cobble Hill Road, Lincoln, RI, applicant.
Mr. Jaramillo states that he will be selling stoves, refrigerators and antiques.
Mr. Jaramillo states that he finds and finishes antiques.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Ken McGill, Registrar of Voters, regarding voting at St. Teresa’s Church. Councilor Kinch is requesting an explanation on why they ran out of ballot applications and why the lines were so long at the polling place. Also, Councilor Kinch wants to know type of the signage there is at the polls telling people that they should not be inside the polling place except to vote.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to William Mulholland, Superintendent, Pawtucket Parks & Recreation, requesting that he provide to Councilor Kinch the dates and times of the Pawtucket Youth Soccer Association’s coach’s clinics. He would like to advise the neighbors that the field lights may be on later than normal during those times.
