City Council, December 2, 2022

 

A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Friday, December 2, 2022, at 12:17 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, Gregor, Mercer, Stachowiak, and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors DaRosa, Schuette and Vasquez.

 

President Moran presides.

 

 

Communication from David P. Moran, President, Pawtucket City Council, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, Calling a Special Session of the Pawtucket City Council on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

 

The following ordinance is read for the SECOND time and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:

 

AYES - President Moran, Councilors Araujo, Gregor, Mercer, Stachowiak, and Wildenhain.

 

NOES – 0.

 

AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTERS 1810, 1845, 1853, 1899, 1933, 1971, ‎‎1995, 2007, 2037, 2114, 2262, 2496, 2511, 2547, 2864, 3174, 3221 AND 3236 OF THE ‎ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO ‎THE PAWTUCKET REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, WHICH AMENDS THE CITY’S REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ADOPTS A PROJECT PLAN FOR PHASE 1A OF THE “TIDEWATER LANDING PROJECT” AS AMENDED.
