A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council was held Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 8:14 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 100 Freight St., Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Mercer; Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
President Mercer presided.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR GREGOR
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Rubio, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to ask for a legal opinion on the Tax Stabilization Agreement for JK Equities. If the Council wants to rescind the Tax Stabilization Agreement for JK Equities, how could it be done and what would be the ramifications?
The Clerk was also instructed to send a copy of the 1 Moshassuck St. Q2 2025 Construction update to the council members on Thursday morning.
The Clerk was also instructed to send a communication to Jordan Karlik, JK Equities, requesting that he attend a Pre-Council hearing to be held at the August 6, 2025 City Council meeting to discuss the project at 1 Moshassuck Street with the City Council.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR GREGOR
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Rubio, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Jason Pezzullo, Planning Director, and Carl Johnson, Zoning Director, requesting any licenses, permits or other certificates issued to JK Equities since April 8, 2025.
