1.      A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6:07 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Video

 

Present – Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – President Mercer, Councilors Gregor and Moran.

 

Vice-Chairperson Araujo presided.

 

 

2.      The reading of the records of December 11, 2024 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk Video

 

 

COUNCILOR GREGOR ARRIVED AT 6:10 P.M.

 

 

3.      Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote. Video

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR GREGOR.

 

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Stachowiak, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote.

 

The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to the Police Department, Animal Control and Director of Zoning and Code Enforcement, requesting additional reports regarding issues at Harmony Kennel, in time for the February 19, 2025 Pawtucket Board and License Commissioners meeting.

 

 

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Coderre, the meeting was adjourned at 6:16 p.m.
