A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 6:47 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Moran, Moreno, Rubio and Wildenhain.
Absent – President Mercer, Councilors Gregor and Stachowiak.
Vice-Chairperson Araujo presided.


ENTERTAINMENT –
Petition of James Ryan Post 33, for a license to have Karaoke at 142 South Bend Street on Saturday, October 26, 2024, and Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. LIC#EVT-24-74

Speaking was Mohammod Hasan, 188 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI, applicant.
Mr. Hasan stated that he will sell new and used tires, do oil changes, tune-ups and other small jobs.
This is his first time in this business.
He has an employee who has experience in the business.
Mr. Hasan cleaned up the property and painted the building.
The hours will be 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
There are two bays.
He is ok with the previous stipulations.
There were no others speakers. The hearing was closed.

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Coderre, the following petition for licenses was APPROVED, WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS, on a unanimous voice vote:

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR GREGOR.
With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Moreno, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote.
The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to the Police Department, Animal Control and Director of Zoning and Code Enforcement, requesting updated reports regarding issues at Harmony Kennel, in time for the November 20, 2024 Pawtucket Board and License Commissioners meeting.
