A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 8:08 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2" floor, 100 Freight Street, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present — President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent — Councilor Rubio.

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

COUNCILORS CODERRE, GREGOR AND STACHOWIAK LEFT THE CHAMBERS AT 8:08 P.M.

 

1.      The reading of the records of July 23, 2025 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

 

2.      Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Speaking was James Hall, In-House Attorney, 695 George Washington Highway, Lincoln, RI.

Mr. Hall stated that the business hopes to be open by October 6, 2025.

 

It will be a convenience store. They will be selling fruit and sandwiches, but not pizza.

 

This location will be smaller than other Seasons Corner Market stores.

 

The building was built with dark-sky lighting.

 

There will be a gas station.

 

There were no other speakers. The hearing was closed.
