A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 100 Freight St., Pawtucket, RI.
Present — President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
Absent — 0.
Chairperson Mercer presided.
1. The reading of the records of November 19, 2025 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
2. Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Mr. Sajvin stated that he will operate his restaurant similar to the way the Roast House was run.
He has 18 years of experience as a chef.
Ms. McGowan stated that she will serve as the manager; she has 40 years of experience in the service industry and is TIPS certified.
Mr. Sajvin’s brother will serve as the chef.
The proposed hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Ms. McGowan stated that they will be good neighbors.
