A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 7:07 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Video

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Moran, Moreno, Rubio and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors Gregor and Stachowiak.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

1.      The reading of the records of February 5, 2025 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk Video

 

2.      Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote. Video

Speaking was Brian Cauti, 343 Cummington Street, New Bedford, MA, applicant.

 

 

Mr. Cauti was asking for a beer and wine liquor license.

 

He is moving to a different unit in the building.

 

He has been open four years.

 

The restaurant is take-out only now. He will have some seats in the new space.

 

He will have three employees.

 

The hours will be Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

 

There were no other speakers. The hearing was closed.
