A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 6:51 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Gregor.
Chairperson Mercer presided.
COUNCILOR GREGOR ARRIVED AT 6:53 P.M.

CLASS B (VICTUALLER) Transfer with outdoor seating –

Speaking was Williams Penafiel, 123 Wesleyan Avenue, Providence, RI, applicant.
Mr. Penafiel will run the business about the same as before.
They will have Guatemalan food.
He worked in restaurants before, but has not run one. He worked as a cook.
Mr. Penafiel and his wife and one other employee will be working there.
They are taking alcohol server certification classes.
He has twenty parking spaces.
He will have a DJ.
The hours will be from 3:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., 6 days a week, closed on Tuesdays.
There were no other speakers. The hearing was closed.

Upon motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the following petition for license was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote:
