With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:

 

The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Dino Giorgio, Pawtucket Police, to request copies of any reports, complaints, call logs or narratives relating to Aloha Restaurant Lounge, 904 Main Street, beginning in April 2025, particular during the outside events they were authorized to have on April 26, and May 24th (rain date May 25th) Please include any incidences where hookah was being used at the location.
