A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 7:02 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 100 Freight St., Pawtucket, RI.Video

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

1.      The reading of the records of April 23, 2025 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, Video

Speaking was Virginia Delvalle, 59 Rose Street, North Providence, RI, applicant.

 

Ms. Delvalle has been working on the business for two months, but she is not yet open.

 

She would like to be open until 4:00 a.m. because she will have fast food and does not want to compete with other restaurants.  She would like to serve people after they leave area clubs.

 

If she is not going to be able to close at 4:00 am, she would like to open at 12 noon.

 

There were no other speakers. The hearing was closed.

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Araujo, the following stipulation will remain in effect and will be reevaluated again in six months, on a unanimous voice vote:
