A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:58 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2"! Floor, 100

Freight St., Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present —Councilors Araujo, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, and Wildenhain.

Absent — President Mercer, Councilors Coderre and Stachowiak.

Vice-Chairperson Araujo presided.

 

1.      The reading of the records of November 5, 2025 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

 

2.      Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR MORAN.

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the request to amend a stipulation at Ember Hookah Lounge, 590 Newport Avenue, was APPROVED and the STIPULATION WAS AMENDED, on a unanimous voice vote, as follows:

 

AMEND THE FOLLOWING STIPULATION:

1. Business will close at 12:00 a.m. Sunday thru Thursday, and at 1:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

 

KEEP IN PLACE THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

1. No amplified music - acoustic only.

2. Paint parking stripes a different color from others.
