SUBJECT: JOINT FINANCE COMMITTEE AND CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE
You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 5:05 p.m., at Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. Communication from Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk, to the Honorable Members of the City Property Committee and Finance Committee. (Lease in Lieu of Taxes for 1202 Newport Avenue)
3. Lease Agreement by and between Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center and the City of Pawtucket, for the property at 1202 Newport Avenue, AP11 L790.
