You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. Communication from His Honor, Mayor Donald R. Grebien, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (Tri-Party Agreement between the City of Pawtucket, Fortuitous Tidewater OZ, LLC, and Pennrose, LLC)
3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A TRI-PARTY AGREEMENT, AMENDING THE GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH FORTUITOUS TIDEWATER OZ, LLC AND AUTHORIZING AN AFFORDABLE SITE LEASE WITH PENNROSE, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON SCHOOL STREET AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE EXHIBIT TO THE TRI-PARTY AGREEMENT.
