You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 5:50 p.m., at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. Communication from YPR Properties LLC by attorneys John Shekarchi, Esq., and Jake V. D’Amico Esq., to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (Petition to Rezone Land Located at 264 Weeden Street, AP45A, L455)
3. Communication from Pawtucket Planning Department, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, submitting the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval regarding the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance for 264 Weeden Street, AP45A, L455, changing from Residential Multi-Family (RM) to Conant Thread (CT) Zone.
4. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING.” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR 264 WEEDEN STREET (AP45, L455) FROM RESIDENTIAL MULTI FAMILY (RM) TO CONANT THREAD (CT) DISTRICT
