You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO A ONE-YEAR LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH CORE COLLABORATIVES, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD ENDING FEBRUARY 28, 2027, FOR USE OF 10 SPACES IN THE PARKING LOT AT 217 MAIN STREET FOR THE PAWTUCKET PUBLIC LIBRARY
3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO A FIVE-MONTH LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH NEXUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC, FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 31, 2026, FOR USE OF 13 SPACES IN THE PARKING LOT ON SUMMER STREET FOR THE PAWTUCKET PUBLIC LIBRARY
