You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 5:40 p.m., at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to Michelle R. Hardy, MMC, Deputy City Clerk (Purchase and Sale Agreement for 142 South Bend St.)
