You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 5:50 p.m., at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A GROUND LEASE WITH PENNROSE, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON SCHOOL STREET AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE EXHIBIT TO THE GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT
