You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., in the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street Building, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

2. Communication from Aleppo LLC by attorneys, Michael F. Horan Esq., and Monica Horan, Esq., to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (Petition to Rezone Land Located at 10 Newport Avenue, AP40, L1015, from Residential Single Family (RS) to Commercial General (CG)
3. Communication from Pawtucket Planning Department, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, submitting the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval regarding the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance for 10 Newport Avenue, AP40, L1015, changing from Residential Single Family (RS) to Commercial General (CG)
4. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3124 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, RHODE ISLAND, 1996, AMENDING THE 2017 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (10 Newport Avenue – AP40 L1015)
5. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” (Amendment to Zoning Map from Residential Single Family (RS) to Commercial General (CG) Zoning District: 10 Newport Avenue, AP40 L1015)
