You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, 1st Floor, City Council Conference Room - Room 140, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.
2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JOSHUA CAFÉ, LLC D/B/A NEWS CAFÉ FOR A TERM OF SIX (6) MONTHS FOLLOWED BY A MONTH-TO-MONTH TENANCY FOR THE PARKING AREA LOT FRONTING ON BROAD STREET AND NORTH UNION STREET
3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC COMPANY TO MAINTAIN AN UNDERGROUND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 FREIGHT STREET (ASSESSOR’S PLAT 8, LOT 417)
