A.        CALL TO ORDER

Vice President Palmisciano called the meeting of the Richmond Town Council to order at 3:00 P.M. held on                  October 28, 2022. This meeting was held In-Person at the Town Council Chambers, 5 Richmond Townhouse Road, Wyoming, RI as well as teleconferenced via Zoom.

B.        ROLL CALL

Town Council Members present in Council Chambers were as follows: Vice President Palmisciano, Councilor Ron Newman and Councilor Lauren Cacciola. Council President Nell Carpenter and Councilor Rich Nassaney were not present. Also present Town Clerk Erin Liese.

C.        NEW BUSINESS

Please Note in Accordance with Section 42-46-6 (b) the Council May Review, Discuss and/or take Action on the following items:

1)         Approval of Hope Valley Ambulance Award Citations

Town Clerk Liese advised this was a late request; however she was not sure the recipients were aware of the award, so the names would not be announced, as to not spoil the award.

A motion was made by Councilor Newman with second by Councilor Cacciola to approve the Hope Valley Ambulance Award Citations as presented. Vote: Vice President Palmisciano, Aye; Councilor Newman, Aye; Councilor Cacciola, Aye.

D.        ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Councilor Cacciola with second by Councilor Newman to adjourn at 3:02 P.M. Vote: Vice President Palmisciano, Aye; Councilor Newman, Aye; Councilor Cacciola, Aye.
