1)         Discussion of filing a petition for a writ of certiorari in the Supreme Court to appeal the Superior Court decision in G. D. Richmond Beaver River I, LLC v. Zoning Board of Review, pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(2), litigation.
