Please Note in Accordance with Section 42-46-6 (b) the Council May Review, Discuss and/or take Action on the following items.
1) Discussion and consideration on Outdoor Entertainment License from P&EE Consulting Inc. d/b/a FoodTrucksIn.com d/b/a PVD Food Truck Events located at 421 Kingstown Road.

Approval of the Consent Agenda shall be equivalent to approval of each item as if it had been acted upon separately; or items may be removed by the Town Council for review, discussion and/or take Action.

1) Request of Councilor Wilcox for Discussion and Consideration of Drafting a Resolution in Support of H-5472; sponsored by Representative Cotter 
2) Request of President Trimmer for Discussion and Consideration to authorize a letter to be sent to Thomas Deller, Chair of Rhode Island Land Use Commission regarding recommendations of the RI Land Use Commission Housing Work Group 
3) Request of Councilor Sheehan for Discussion and Consideration of inviting the Executive Director of Wood River Health to attend our meeting to describe all the services they provide, in addition to having a van to transport people. 
4) Request of Councilor Sheehan for Discussion and Consideration of inviting the director of RICAN to our meeting to learn more about their services.
5) Request of Councilor Sheehan for Discussion and Consideration on inviting a representative from the United Way's 211 Van to discuss the services they offer when they are in the Town Hall parking lot once a month.
6) Request of Councilor Sheehan for Discussion and Consideration on eliminating the Wellness Director position and putting the money toward another initiative.
7) Request of Councilor Sheehan for Discussion regarding town residents' desire for a community center and consider ways to get it without borrowing money. 

The Council may acknowledge any of the listed Communications and Proclamations and Resolutions. Should any member wish to have a conversation on any of the matters, the item will be placed on a future agenda for review, discussion and/or potential action and/or vote.
