1)         Town Council Sitting as the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Board Notice is hereby given by the Town Council of the Town of Richmond, being the Licensing Board in said Town as provided under Title 3, Chapters 1-12 of the General Laws of Rhode Island 1956, and as amended; that the following applications have been received by the Town Council for licenses under said Act, for the year ending November 30, 2023; as reviewed for application completeness on June 15, 2023

a)         Application of Filippous Twisted Pizza & Bistro Richmond for Class B- Victualer:

located at 1203 Main Street; subject to Rhode Island Certificate of Good Standing, Fire, Building, and Zoning Inspection and approval.

a)         Discussion and Consideration to enact a new ordinance banning smoking and vaping of marijuana in public locations outdoors, and authorization for the Town Clerk to advertise for Public Hearing

a)         Discussion and Approval of Insurance Quotes for FY 23/24

b)         Update on the FY 23/24 Budget

 

4)         Town Planner’s Report: Shaun Lacey

a)         Scheduling of Public Hearing for proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map as related to the Town’s Aquifer Protection Overlay District; and authorization for the Town Clerk to advertise for Public Hearing

2)         Approval of One Year Indoor Entertainment License Application of Filippous Twisted Pizza & Bistro Richmond for Live Music; located at 1203 Main Street; subject to Fire, Building and Zoning Inspection and approval; as reviewed for application completeness on June 15, 2023.
