3) Discussion and Consideration on Proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Community Plan Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendment, concerning property on KG Ranch Road, designated as Lot 2-1 on Tax Assessor’s Plat 3B. The amendments requested by the Town of Richmond for the installation of a 4-Log Chlorination System, for the Public Water System.
a) An amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map changing the designation of the property from Conservation/Open Space (COS) to Public and Governmental (PUB)
b) An amendment to the Zoning Map changing the designation of the property from Conservation/Open Space (COS) to Public and Governmental (PUB)
Approval of the Consent Agenda shall be equivalent to approval of each item as if it had been acted upon separately; or items may be removed by the Town Council for review, discussion and/or take Action.
