1) Discussion and Consideration of Edward Smith, E.P. Smith Properties, LLC Request for proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Community Plan Future Land Use Map and the Zoning Ordinance Amendment concerning 8 Richmond Townhouse Road, designated as Lot 19, on Tax Assessor’s Plat 6C
a) An amendment to the Zoning Map changing the designation of the property from Residential Use – Two Acre (R-2) to General Business (GB)
b) An amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map changing the designation of the property from Medium Density Residential to General Business
2) Discussion and Consideration on Proposed Amendment to the Richmond Code of Ordinances with the addition of Chapter 4.34 “Senior Activities Committee”. This amendment would formalize the Senior Activities Committee

1) Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws -42-46-5 (a)(2) Regarding Potential Litigation concerning alleged encroachments on Wood Road.
