1)      Pursuant to R.I. General Laws §42-46-5(a)(1) Discussion of Job Performance/Personnel and character: Town Administrator Search Committee recommendations, including discussion of criteria, qualifications, and characteristics for candidates, as well as conduct interviews; provided that such person or persons affected shall have been notified in advance in writing and advised that they may require that the discussion be held at an open meeting. The Town Council may vote on a candidate(s) to be considered finalist(s) for consideration and appointment on the December 16, 2025 Town Council meeting agenda.

Pursuant to RIGL § 42-46-6(c), Notice of this meeting was posted on the Secretary of State’s website, Richmond Town Hall, Richmond Police Station, and ClerkBase on December 8, 2025.
