1) Request of Councilor Madnick for Discussion and Consideration to request the Town Planner for a Status Update of the input provided by Boards and Commissions for the Comprehensive Community Plan.
2) Request of Councilor Palmisciano for Discussion and Consideration for determining a platform to obtain public feedback, with the use of periodic surveys.

Please note that in accordance with section 42-46-6 (b), the Council may review, discuss, and/or take action on the following items:
1) Request of Councilor Madnick for Discussion and Consideration of requesting the Town Planner and Planning Board update the Development Application Checklist to be consistent with current Land Development and Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinances.
2) Request of Vice President Reynolds for Discussion and Consideration of the Chariho Regional School District Committee Resolution Support of Full Funding of Categorical Transportation Aid.
3) Request of Councilor Madnick for Discussion and Consideration of a Proposed Amendment to Richmond’s Home Rule Charter, Article 3, Section 4, for Voter Referendum, allowing the Town Council to create departments, as necessary, that are not currently defined within the Town Charter.

The Council may acknowledge any of the listed Communications and Proclamations, and Resolutions. Should any member wish to have a conversation on any of the matters, the item will be placed on a future agenda for review, discussion, and/or potential action and/or vote.
