1)         Request of Councilor Madnick for Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Concerning Municipal Authority over Land Use and Housing Decisions

 

2)         Discussion and Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Richmond Town Code of Ordinances, Chapter 5.20 entitled “Hawkers, Peddlers, and Door-to-Door Salespersons”, adding Section 5.20.070 entitled “Door-to-door Commercial Solicitation: Regulation of Door-to-door Commercial Solicitation”, and Chapter 3.06 entitled “Schedule of Fees”; with Authorization for the Town Clerk to Advertise for Public Hearing

 

3)         Discussion and Consideration of a Request of Mr. Ansay for Land Proposal Conveyance of A.P. 3C Lot 2-53, New London Turnpike

 

4)         Discussion and Consideration of the location for the 250th Liberty Tree

 

5)         Discussion and Consideration of a Request to Support the Shannock Mill Project Application for the Municipal Neighborhood Revitalization Program to Transform Blighted Properties into New Housing
