2) Application of Richmond Realty Associates, LLC, 30 Riverview Drive, North Providence, RI 02904 for a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to allow solar energy systems (Use Code 506) within the Planned Unit Development – Village Center (PUDVC) zone (continued from September 22, 2020)
