The Town of Richmond Planning Board will conduct a site walk at 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 87 Kingstown Road, Assessor’s Plats 6B Lots 2 & 4 and 5B Lot 38, for the purpose of the following:

1)  Request of The Preserve at Boulder Hills, LLC & MTM Development Corp. for a one-year extension of The Preserve at Boulder Hills Phase 2 Master Plan Decision dated September 11, 2018

2)  Request of The Preserve at Boulder Hills, LLC & MTM Development Corp. to amend condition nos. 10, 11 and 15 of The Preserve at Boulder Hills Phase 2 Master Plan Decision dated September 11, 2018

No formal action will take place at this meeting
