1) January 9, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

Workshop – Discussion of Draft Amendments to the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, continued from the September 26, 2023 Regular Meeting, the October 10, 2023 Regular Meeting, the October 24, 2023 Regular Meeting, the November 14, 2023 Regular Meeting, and the December 12, 2023 Regular Meeting. The proposed amendments have been drafted, and revised, by Solicitor Ellsworth, for consistency with 2022 and 2023 amendments to R.I. General Laws:

7) Article 7,

1) Waiver Request – Major Land Development – Shoreline Properties, Inc., 400 South County Trail, Suite A-207, Exeter, RI 02822 for a proposed skilled trades center, located at 67 Stilton Road, Assessor’s Plat 4B, Lot 57. 
The Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the applicant’s waiver request, and may discuss the status of the application with the applicant.
2) Annual Planning Board Report to the Town Council 
Pursuant to Title 4, Chapter 4.28, Section 4.28.040(a) of the Code of Ordinances, “The planning board shall report annually to the Town Council, summarizing its work during the preceding year and recommending programs, plans, and actions for future development.” The Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the contents of the 2023 Report.
3) Appointment of Planning Board Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary 
Planning Board will discuss, consider, and vote to appoint a Planning Board Chair, a Planning Board Vice Chair, and a Planning Board Secretary.
