1) Waiver Request – Major Land Development – Shoreline Properties, Inc., 400 South County Trail, Suite A-207, Exeter, RI 02822 for a mixed-use development including a 4-unit apartment building, located at 102 Kingstown Road, Assessor’s Plat 5C, Lot 9.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the applicant’s waiver request.
E. Announcements and/or Informational Items:
1) The Affordable Housing Committee “Richmond Housing Needs Survey” is live. It is available at the following link: https://forms.gle/kEr2eApv74Pf1rYD6 . The purpose of the survey is to obtain public opinion about residential development in the community. The survey can be completed in 5-10 minutes. All responses shall remain anonymous.
