1) April 23, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes
1) Selection of Planning Board member for service on the Technical Review Committee
Pursuant to Article 11, Section 11.2.2, the Planning Board Chair shall designate the Planning Board member(s) who shall serve on the Technical Review Committee. The Planning Board may discuss the qualifications of its membership prior to the Chair’s decision.
2) Permission to request that the Conservation Commission select, from their membership, a representative to serve on the Technical Review Committee
Pursuant to Article 11, Section 11.2.2, the Technical Review Committee shall include a member of the Conservation Commission. The Board may discuss the letter request drafted by the Town Planner to the Chair of the Conservation Commission, and may vote to transmit it to the Conservation Commission.
3) Appointment of Planning Board member Bryce Kelley to the Affordable Housing Commission
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote to appoint Bryce Kelley to the Affordable Housing Commission for a 1-year term.

Request of Preserve at Boulder Hills for a Review Regarding the Phase 2B Final Plan – Major Land Development Project – Preserve at Boulder Hills III, LLC (2091 Nooseneck Hill Road, Coventry, RI 02816) and MTM Development Corporation (87A Kingstown Road, Richmond, RI 02898) for property located at Assessor’s Plat 5B, Lot 38 and Assessor’s Plat 6B, Lot 2.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Phase 2B Final Plan.
2. Master Plan – Major Land Development – Shoreline Properties, Inc., 400 South County Trail, Suite A-207, Exeter, RI 02822 for a proposed skilled trades center, located at 67 Stilton Road, Assessor’s Plat 4B, Lot 57.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Master Plan application.
3. Advisory Development Plan Review – BCB Realty, LLC, P.O. Box 780, Charlestown, RI 02813 for a proposed commercial trades building for property located at 0 Kenyon School Road, Assessor’s Plat 10E, Lot 44-2.
The Planning Board will render an Advisory Opinion to the Zoning Board in relation to the requested Special Use Permit.
