1)   Request to the Town Council – Appointment of member of the Conservation Commission to the Technical Review Committee

 

Pursuant to Article 11, Section 11.2.2 of the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, the Technical Review Committee shall include a member of the Conservation Commission. The Board may discuss the letter drafted by the Planner, and may vote to send the letter to the Town Council to request the appointment of a member of the Conservation Commission to the Technical Review Committee.

 

D.  Old Business: Video

 

1)   Request of Preserve at Boulder Hills for a Review Regarding the Phase 2B Final Plan – Major Land Development Project – Preserve at Boulder Hills III, LLC (2091 Nooseneck Hill Road, Coventry, RI 02816) and MTM Development Corporation (87A Kingstown Road, Richmond, RI 02898) for property located at Assessor’s Plat 5B, Lot 38 and Assessor’s Plat 6B, Lot 2.

 

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Phase 2B Final Plan.

 

2)   Master Plan – Major Land Development – Shoreline Properties, Inc., 400 South County Trail, Suite A-207, Exeter, RI 02822 for a proposed skilled trades center, located at 67 Stilton Road, Assessor’s Plat 4B, Lot 57.

 

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Master Plan application.
