At the October 8, 2024 Planning Board meeting, the Board approved the extension request made by the Town Planner, pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-7(b)(1), to continue the review of the September 24, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes to the next meeting. At the October 22, 2024

 

 

Planning Board meeting, the Board voted to continue the review of the minutes from September 24, 2024 and October 8, 2024 to the November 12, 2024 Planning Board meeting, as only four (4) of the seven (7) Planning Board members had been able to attend the October 22, 2024 Planning Board meeting. As a result, the Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the minutes from the September 24, 2024, the October 8, 2024, and the October 22, 2024 Planning Board meetings at this meeting.

 

C.  Approval of 2025 Planning Board Meeting Calendar: Video

 

At the October 22, 2024 Planning Board meeting, the Board voted to continue the approval of the 2025 Planning Board Meeting Calendar to the November 12, 2024 Planning Board meeting, as only four (4) of the seven (7) Planning Board members had been able to attend the October 22, 2024 Planning Board meeting. As a result, the Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the 2025 Planning Board Meeting Calendar at this meeting,

 

D.  Submission of Completed Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy Forms: Video

 

The Richmond Town Council adopted an Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy on July 16, 2024. The Policy applies to employees, as well as Board and Commission members. The Planning Board has been provided copies of the Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy Forms, and completed forms will be submitted to the Town Planner.

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Preliminary Plan application for the proposed Gardiner Apartments Mixed Use Development.

 

2.   Preliminary PlanPublic HearingRichmond Place Comprehensive Permit Application – Major Land Development Project – CT Narayanan, 29 Pine Street, Riverside, RI 02915 (applicant), and CT Properties, LLC, 29 Pine Street, Riverside, RI 02915 (owner/successor in interest to Richmond Realty Associations, LLC, 1536 Scituate Avenue, East Providence, RI, 02914), for a proposed sixty-nine (69) unit

 

 

Comprehensive Permit residential development, located at 38 Stilson Road, Plat 4B, Lots 59, 59-2, and 59-3.

 

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Preliminary Plan application for the proposed Comprehensive Permit application.

1.   Preliminary PlanPublic HearingPerry Hills Conservation Subdivision – Punchbowl Development Corporation, 118 Jane Street, North Providence, RI 02904 (applicant/owner) for a six (6) lot minor subdivision, with a private right-of-way, located at 0 Punchbowl Trail, Plat 5E, Lot 5.1. Five (5) of the proposed lots will support single-family homes, while one (1) of the proposed lots will be set aside as Open Space for the proposed development.

 

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Preliminary Plan application for the proposed Perry Hills Conservation Subdivision.
