At the November 12, 2024 Planning Board meeting, the Board continued the review of the October 22, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes to the November 18, 2024 meeting.

1) Dimensional Variance and Preliminary Plan – Public Hearing - Unified Development Plan Review – Pavlov’s Playcare – Pavlov’s Playcare for Dogs, LLC, 1 Preserve Boulevard, Wyoming, RI 02898 (applicant) and Offshore Development, LLC., 400 South County Trail, Suite A-207, Exeter, RI 02822 (owner) for a proposed dog daycare (Use Code 754), located at 93B Kingstown Road, Wyoming, RI 02898, Plat 5B, Lot 45.
