1. March 25, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes
1. Preliminary Plan – Public Hearing – Perry Hills Conservation Subdivision – Punchbowl Development Corporation, 118 Jane Street, North Providence, RI 02904 (applicant/owner) for a six (6) lot minor subdivision, with a private right-of-way, located at 0 Punchbowl Trail, Plat 5E, Lot 5.1. Five (5) of the proposed lots will support single-family homes, while one (1) of the proposed lots will be set aside as Open Space for the proposed development.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Preliminary Plan application for the proposed Perry Hills Conservation Subdivision.
1. “Roadblocks and Recommendations – Planning Board Comprehensive Plan Action Items”
The Town Council has asked the Planning Board, and other Boards and Commissions, to provide them with concrete recommendations on what they, as a body, can do to assist the Board in completing the Action Items that are within its purview. The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on these recommendations to the Town Council.
