1. September 23, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes
Pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-7(b)(1), “[t]he minutes shall be public records and unofficial minutes shall be available to the public at the office of the public body within thirty-five (35) days of the meeting or at the next regularly scheduled meeting, whichever is earlier, except where the disclosure would be inconsistent with §§ 42-46-4 and 42-46-5 or where the public body by majority vote extends the time period for the filing of the minutes and publicly states the reason.” The rationale for the request is that the Planning Clerk needs additional time to complete the minutes for the September 23, 2025 meeting.
1. Workshop – Article 8 and Article 9, Richmond Land Development and Subdivision Regulations
The Planning Board will discuss and consider proposed amendments to Article 8 and Article 9 of the Richmond Land Development and Subdivision Regulations. No votes will be taken in relation to this agenda item.
2. Planning Board Recommendation to the Town Council – Discussion and Recommendation of a Draft Amendment to the Code of Ordinances, Title 18, “Zoning”, Chapter 18.16 – “Use Regulations”, for Special Use Permit Criteria for Use Code 644.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote to submit the proposed amendments to Ch. 18.16 of the Zoning Ordinance, specifically limited to Use Code 644, to the Town Council for their consideration.
