1. September 9, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes
Pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-7(b)(1), “[t]he minutes shall be public records and unofficial minutes shall be available to the public at the office of the public body within thirty-five (35) days of the meeting or at the next regularly scheduled meeting, whichever is earlier, except where the disclosure would be inconsistent with §§ 42-46-4 and 42-46-5 or where the public body by majority vote extends the time period for the filing of the minutes and publicly states the reason.” The rationale for the request is that the Planning Clerk needs additional time to complete the minutes for the September 9, 2025 meeting.
1. Preliminary Plan – Public Hearing – Perry Hills Conservation Subdivision – Punchbowl Development Corporation, 118 Jane Street, North Providence, RI 02904 (applicant/owner) for a six (6) lot minor subdivision, with a private right-of-way, located at 0 Punchbowl Trail, Plat 5E, Lot 5.1. Five (5) of the proposed lots will support single-family homes, while one (1) of the proposed lots will be set aside as Open Space for the proposed development.
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the Preliminary Plan application for the proposed Perry Hills Conservation Subdivision.

1. Workshop – Article 2, Richmond Land Development and Subdivision Regulations
The Planning Board will discuss and consider proposed amendments to Article 2 of the Richmond Land Development and Subdivision Regulations. No votes will be taken in relation to this agenda item.
