1. Public Visioning Exercise for 4 Richmond Townhouse Road with Landscape Architecture Students from the University of Rhode Island Regenerative Community Design Lab 
The Town of Richmond has partnered with the University of Rhode Island Regenerative Community Design Lab to receive free landscape design assistance for 4 Richmond Townhouse Road. Per the University of Rhode Island Regenerative Community Design Lab (RCDL) Webpage, the RCDL “brings together talented landscape architecture students to develop conceptual designs that promote sustainable, healthy, and inclusive public spaces. Working hand-in-hand with municipalities and non-profits, the lab helps translate community needs into clear, actionable design visions that can support future funding and implementation.”
1. Master Plan Extension Request – Request of the Preserve at Boulder Hills, LLC, The Preserve at Boulder Hills, II, LLC, The Preserve at Boulder Hills, III, LLC, The Preserve at Boulder Hills, IV, LLC, Castle Residences, LLC, and MTM Development Corp., for a one-year extension of the Preserve at Boulder Hills Master Plan Decision, approved September 11, 2018, as amended. 
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on the applicant’s Master Plan extension request.
2. Advisory Opinion to the Town Council – Discussion and Consideration of Draft Amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Title 18, “Zoning”, Chapters 18.08 and 18.16, for new or amended Use Code definitions and Special Use Permit criteria. 
The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote to render an Advisory Opinion to the Town Council in relation to proposed amendments to Chapters 18.08 and 18.16.
