1.   Preliminary Plan – Public Hearing – Minor SubdivisionAntoni Minor Subdivision – Stephen D. and Lisa T. Antoni, 35 Job Drive, West Kingston, Rhode Island, 02892 (applicant/owner) for a two-lot minor subdivision application, located at 35 Job Drive, Assessor’s Plat 1E, Lot 15, consisting of the creation of one (1) new lot for development.

 

The Planning Board will discuss, consider, and possibly vote on this Preliminary Plan application.

 

E.  Updates and Informational Items:

 

1.   At their March 17, 2026 meeting, the Town Council voted to adopt the proposed amendments to the District Use Table. These amendments have made all uses that were previously permitted by Special Use Permit prohibited.

 

Following that decision, Councilor Madnick made a motion to place the “Discussion and consideration of proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 18.16, Use Regulations, Items A-XXX on the March 17th [2026] agenda” on the August 18th, 2026 Town Council agenda.

 

I have invited Councilor Madnick, and any other Town Council member(s) who may be interested, to provide specific and object criteria that they may have devised to the Planning Board, and to attend future meetings where Special Use Permit criteria will be discussed.
