PLANNING BOARD

2026 MEETING SCHEDULE

The Richmond Planning Board is scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. Unless otherwise noted on the agenda, meetings will take place in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 5 Richmond Townhouse Road, Wyoming, RI 02898.

Applications will be heard at the Planning Board’s first meeting each month. At the Board’s discretion, applications may be heard at the Planning Board’s second meeting each month. Otherwise, the second meeting of each month will be reserved for workshops.

Meeting dates and times are subject to change by the Planning Board. The Planning Board may limit the number of applications heard during an evening.

Pursuant to Article 5, Section 5.1.5, “[n]o application shall be placed on a Planning Board agenda until it has been certified as complete at least ten (10) business days before the meeting at which it will be considered. If an applicant submits additional application material during a Planning Board meeting, the Planning Board has the authority to continue action on the application to a later date.”
