OLD BUSINESS – continued public hearing

Petition of Wawaloam Reservation, Inc., 510 Gardiner Road, West Kingston; requesting a Special Use Permit to alter, expand, or enlarge a special permit use with the modification of the previously approved special use permit application for the relocation of sites 42 through 59, which were part of the original special use permit application in 2009, and the inclusion of gravel roads and drives, as shown on the plan submitted with this application.  Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance chapters 18.52.060 and 18.48.040.  Premises located at 510 Gardiner Road, Wawaloam Campground - AP 1E, lots 9, 10-5, 17 and 19-22, zoned R-2.  Continued from January 25, 2016.

NEW BUSINESS

Petition of Dianne Daniell, 136 New London Turnpike, requesting a Special Use Permit for the established of an accessory dwelling unit attached to the principal dwelling.  Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance chapters 18.52.060 and 18.36.040.  Premises located at 136 New London Turnpike, AP 2C, lot 23. Zoned R-2.
